Supported Employment is competitive, integrated employment  that is individualized and customized, consistent with the individual’s unique strengths, abilities, interests, and informed choice, including with ongoing support services for individuals with the most significant disabilities.

Skills, Inc. Job Coaches work with clients and their families to find the right job with the right supports for long term success.  The job coach will help the client to apply and interview for the job, and once employed, will be there every step of the way to train them and support them.  Once trained on the job, the job coach will continue to check on the client monthly for the life of the job.  When we say we are there for you, we mean it!
