A Vocational Evaluation is a comprehensive, systematic, organized assessment process that uses a combination of work activities/samples, psychometrics, behavioral observations and other techniques to assess the presence and extent of vocational strengths, weaknesses, barriers to employment, and functional limitations in order to make recommendations that will utilize individual strengths and effectively alleviate or remove identified vocational barriers and/or functional limitations utilizing assistive technology/devices as appropriate.
